Initial Consultation - Health Assessment
$150/90 minutes
Includes an in-depth assessment of your health concerns, medical/family history, symptoms, and food journal. We will work together to create a dietary and lifestyle protocol that focuses on your health concerns so you can achieve your goals. The protocol will include specific recommendations along with additional resources.
Follow-Up Sessions
$75/45 minutes
During a follow-up session, we will assess your progress and make changes to your dietary plan if needed.
The Restart Program
